Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 10-day period from date of delivery. No refunds given on sale items, only exchanges accepted.

In the unlikely event that you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7-day period and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

YV do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other that for faulty items). Items YV exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.


All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packed with care. Your satisfaction is our highest concern. All items must be tried on wearing undergarments and will not be accepted if altered or if there are signs of wear.


You may return any purchased item for an exchange within 10 days of the date of delivery. Items not received within the 10-day period will not be accepted.

Please contact us to notify us of your return and reason. At this time, also quote your order number and date. Due to the select nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange.


Please enclose your receipt with your item. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this. Return postage costs are your responsibility also.
